Delivery/Shipping Policy
Production and delivery of t-shirts ordered through the Mishka Custom Shop is done on a rolling basis as new designs are developed and made available to customers. The next planned ship date is the first week of December, 2008. Tees are typically shipped using U.S. Mail or comparable international mail services, as is determined by Mishka Custom Shop. Shipping time is typically 2-7 business days depending on the destination. However, that delivery timing estimate is not guaranteed. Shipping charges are included in the cart total when orders are placed, prior to the customer entering any credit card information, and are determined based on the shipping destination. Mishka Custom Shop does not offer a rush or expedited delivery option.
Return/Cancellation Policy
All Mishka Custom Shop tees are personalized items that cannot be cancelled or returned unless the item is defective. Only items with incorrect customization (i.e. spelling errors, sizes, or colors that do not match the original order) may be returned. If an item is found to be defective, customers will be provided with a replacement t-shirt that meets the correct specifications. Please contact Customer Service for a return code and shipping information. Return codes must be requested within 1 week of receiving the original item.
Refund Policy
For defective items that are returned (per the Return Policy above) customers will be provided with a replacement t-shirt that meets the correct specifications. Refunds are not provided for items that meet the initial customer order specifications.
Privacy
Mishka Custom Shop and Vector Distribution do not track or store information from your computer that you do not provide to us via our online forms. We do not share any personal information that you may provide, except to the companies that process your payments to us, including Authorize.net, CyberSource and PayPal. With these exceptions, neither your name nor anything about you is sold or shared with any other company or agency. As the Mishka Custom Shop is a service offering of Mishka NYC, information you provide may be added to our customer database. We occasionally contact customers to make them aware of upcoming products or specials. However, we do respect your right to privacy and will not send notices if you contact us and ask us not to.
